Athletes & Coaches welcome!

The NATIONAL POLE & AERIAL SPORT along with the NATIONAL / INTERNATIONAL  POLE & AERIAL ART CHAMPIONSHIP will take place in Dais Sports Centre, Marousi, Athens, GREECE, 3-5 JULY 2026.

Please follow the following steps to complete your registration.

Send all the necessary files stated below to: hpsaf.register@gmail.com

1. Anti-Doping Receipt: Not required for Silver, Gold, and Semi-Pro athletes. First-time competing athletes must complete their anti-doping registration by 03/04/2026.
2. Parental Consent Form: Required for athletes under 18.
3. Competitive Medical Certificate: Mandatory for all participants. The certificate must be valid and issued within the last six months. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the insurance upon arrival (original or copy). Entry to the national championships will be denied without valid medical insurance for all delegation members.
4. Identity Card: Athletes must present a valid identity card.
5. Athlete and Coach Registration Receipt: Required for all participants.
6. HPSAF Membership Payment: Required only for Greek athletes and coaches.
7. Athletes’ insurance, private Insurance for International Athletes.
8. Athlete Registration Form: Complete the Definitive Registration form in full.

To send all documents to one email for all athletes, the coach can follow these steps:

Organize Documents:

Make sure that each athlete’s documents are clearly named using the athlete’s name. For example, use a format like “John Doe – Medical Form” or “Jane Smith – Parental Consent.”

Alternatively, gather all documents in one folder, ensuring that each athlete’s documents are separate and clearly labeled.

Create a Folder (Optional but Recommended):

Create a folder that contains all the individual athlete’s documents. Inside the folder, you can have separate subfolders for each athlete or directly place each document with the athlete’s name.

DEADLINE for document / registration submissions: 30/05/2026. Documents after DEADLINE will not be accepted and athletes will be disqualified.

1. Music/Video, named correctly as mentioned in the work plan
2. Difficulty Sheet – ONLY FOR SPORT

* Please do not miss the deadline dates stated in the work plan, as there will be a penalty of 25,00€.

** Important notice: Music files must be saved in mp3 format. Video+music files must be saved in mp4 format and as one file, separate files will not be accepted.

Registration fees

• Single Category: €95 per athlete
• Double Category: €95 per athlete (€190 total per pair)
• Trio Category: €95 per athlete (€285 total per trio)
• Double Category + Single Category: €160 per athlete
• Two Double Performances (different apparatuses): €160 per athlete
• Three Double Performances (different apparatuses): €140 per athlete
• Two Single Specialties (apparatuses): €160 per athlete
• Three Single Specialties (apparatuses): €140 per athlete

On the day of registrations, we need only the following documents:

• Definitive registration (brought by the coach)
• Usb stick with your music / video

Important notices

• National flags must be worn while competing. They can be a maximum size of 2 cm x 4 cm. They must be sewn on the left or right side of the costume at the hip or on the top of the costume (chest or shoulder). 
• All athletes should have national tracksuits.

• top 45€
• bottom 25€
